What is your cancellation policy?
ALL appointments cancelled within 2 days of your scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. All no shows will result in a 100% fee of the service booked. Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings. If repeated cancellations happen, a 50% non refundable booking fee may be required before scheduling an appointment. A 10-minute grace period will be honored if you’re late. Anything beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no show and a fee will be charged.
What is your return policy?
No returns or refunds on services, as we are using our time and products on you regardless.
What forms of payment do you offer?
Cash or Credit. Cash will be accepted as a form of payment but a valid card must be on file in order to book. We do not always carry change!!

Will a spray tan make me orange?
Thankfully, spray tans have come such a long way. If all prep and post care is followed, your spray tan will not be orange. I use color theory to ensure that your tan looks natural and not orange.
How long will my tan last?
This will depend greatly on your prep and post care. If followed, you can expect up to 14 days of wear. Most of my clients tans last 10-12 days.
When should I book my spray tan if I have an event?
For the best results, you should book your spray tan or 2-3 days before any event. The 2nd and 3rd days are where your tan is at its darkest and most glowing. This will also give you time to make sure the bronzers in the solution are completely rinsed off.
Do you travel for spray tans?
Depending on the event, yes. I travel mainly for wedding parties or big events of 4 or more clients. Parties booked within Fond Du Lac are at no extra mileage charge. Parties booked outside of Fond Du Lac will be discussed privately.

- Day before your spray; wax/shave, exfoliate entire body
- Complete any beauty services prior to
- Discontinue any bar soaps or cream based body washes
- Day of your spray tan; discontinue any showers at least 4 hours prior
- Avoid lotions and perfumes and deodorants
- Wear dark loose fitting clothing and open toed shoes
- Arrive make up free.

- Avoid touching the skin and any sin to skin contact
- Avoid moisture until initial rinse time
- Rinse at designated time in lukewarm water with no soap and pat dry
- Wait 24 hours to use soaps for full color development
- Ask about PS, Beauty Lounge products to extend the life of your tan
