What is your cancellation policy?
ALL appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. All no shows will result in a 100% fee of the service booked. Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings. If repeated cancellations happen, a 50% non refundable booking fee may be required before scheduling an appointment. A 10-minute grace period will be honored if you’re late. Anything beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no show and a fee will be charged.
What is your return policy?
No returns or refunds on services, as we are using our time and products on you regardless.
What forms of payment do you offer?
Cash or Credit. Cash will be accepted as a form of payment but a valid card must be on file in order to book.
What if I have a reaction to a service, what should I do?
If any reactions occur or extra shedding in lashes within 48 hours, please notify us and we will remove or fix at no charge . Lash fills scheduled more then 3 weeks out will result in a full set and charge. Any fills with less than 40% lash extensions remaining will remain in. Full set and charge.

Will lash extensions ruin my natural lash?
With proper placement on the techs part and proper aftercare on the client end, there is no damage to your natural lash. Our artists are all experienced and certified, the most important thing to them is the integrity of your natural lash.
How long do lash extensions last?
A full set will last as long as your natural lash cycle, which is anywhere from 3-5 weeks, depending on the individual. We recommend getting a fill anywhere between 2-3 weeks to maintain full and healthy looking lashes.
Can I wear makeup with my lashes?
Yes! Although we don’t recommend wearing any mascara or oil based products around your lash line, as it will shorten the life of your extensions.

Lash Extensions
Will a spray tan make me orange?
Thankfully, spray tans have come such a long way. If all prep and post care is followed, your spray tan will not be orange. I use color theory to ensure that your tan looks natural and not orange.
How long will my tan last?
This will depend greatly on your prep and post care. If followed, you can expect up to 14 days of wear. Most of my clients tans last 10-12 days.
When should I book my spray tan if I have an event?
For the best results, you should book your spray tan or 2-3 days before any event. The 2nd and 3rd days are where your tan is at its darkest and most glowing. This will also give you time to make sure the bronzers in the solution are completely rinsed off.
Do you travel for spray tans?
Depending on the event, yes. I travel mainly for wedding parties or big events of 4 or more clients. Parties booked within Fond Du Lac are at no extra mileage charge. Parties booked outside of Fond Du Lac will be discussed privately.

- Arrive on time
- Use the restroom beforehand
- Remove any contact lenses.

- Avoid oily products on your lash line
- Properly clean your lashes once daily with approved cleanser
- Brush daily
- Do not rub or pick extensions
- Absolutely no mascara , curler or lash strips
- Book your fills every 2-3 weeks to maintaining full lashes

- Day before your spray; wax/shave, exfoliate entire body
- Complete any beauty services prior to
- Discontinue any bar soaps or cream based body washes
- Day of your spray tan; discontinue any showers at least 4 hours prior
- Avoid lotions and perfumes and deodorants
- Wear dark loose fitting clothing and open toed shoes
- Arrive make up free.

- Avoid touching the skin and any sin to skin contact
- Avoid moisture until initial rinse time
- Rinse at designated time in lukewarm water with no soap and pat dry
- Wait 24 hours to moisturize and use soaps for full color development
- To preserve your tan: avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas and excessive sweating
